
The Harmony Institute accepts interns year round for positions in behavioral science research, program development, media production and marketing. Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be task-oriented, and interested in applying theory to practice. Interns are hired on a revolving basis, generally in accordance with local university semester schedules.
Media Intern duties include:
• Media production (with focus on web-based projects)
• Social media research
• Research into the utility of various genres and mediums of entertainment
Research Intern duties include:
• Research into behavioral science literature
• Social and environmental issue research
General Intern duties include:
• Foundation and donor research
• Assistance in creation of marketing materials, presentations and website
• Administrative work – organizing meetings, creating mailings, etc.
