Eleanor Cleverly supplements the research and advising services of the Institute with a degree in Socio-cultural Anthropology and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Media Studies at the New School University. There she is examining the impact of Internet technologies on social and political discourses.


In addition to her academic work, Cleverly has extensive experience in multimedia and web production. She has completed marketing and design campaigns for companies such as HiT Entertainment and Nokia, and contributes regularly to publications serving the design and technology communities. She recently authored FTW! Net Neutrality For The Win: How Entertainment and the Science of Influence Can Save Your Internet.
